Signage may have either the legal lot number of house number only with one telephone number.
Open Houses may be held on any Sunday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Generic open house signs are permitted the day of the open house only. Generic directional signs may be used with one sign permitted at an intersection.
Visitors will be permitted access through the gates with a completed Visitor Pass.
